Lots of Bugs, miss the old version.
EDIT: The new app is so laggy. I use the app to keep track of pet care items, and their tasks section in the new app doesn’t work at all. All I get is a spinning wheel of death. And when I tried to fill out their contact us form in the app, it’s not formatted correctly so once you start typing in the box you can’t access the submit button. I’m very disappointed, I don’t understand how you can put so much effort into an app and not bother to check if it actually work???
This is the most comprehensive pet care log I have found. It covers pretty much everything for dogs and cats, from estrous to vaccines, to feeding schedules, and cleaning records for all your pet gear. As a very careful and diligent pet owner I love all the logs. However, there are lots of bugs. That being said, the developers are very helpful when you reach out to them, and bug fixes are released regularly. I just wish that less bugs popped up to begin with. Despite all the issues, I can’t bring myself to switch to another app, because quite frankly there is no other competitor that comes close to the level of detail this app has.

Dear EJMHP, you have every right to be upset. Our small team had a rough couple of months that we were unable to update the app due to some implications. We have now taken care of it, with the new updated version taking care of all the reported issues. We would love to hear back to you once you decide to give 11pets another chance. Shocking upgrade
I have used the free version of this app for almost 5 years for 2 of my dogs.
New upgrade force me to choose 1 pet only to go forward, what about all the data for my other pet that I kept for 5+ years
I didn’t mind seeing ads for the sake of it.
Wouldn’t go back even if they bring keeping multiple pets on free version back again.

Use to be a great app
Use to be a great app until they recently updated and made a lot of feature payable that was originally free. $6.99 a month it’s a little bit to much
The "new" version is totally bugged out!
I have a lifetime license and paid a lot for it, but I am disappointed with 11pets. First they announced the "new" version, but the App was in a loop for several days... and the website too, just announcing that a new version was coming. I needed to consult the App but it was impossible, it kept looping all the time on just three screens. One of them said that we could remain in the "old" version, however, when selecting this option, a blank page on the 11pets website opened, with an error message. This went on for days! I sent an email to support and there was no response! Finally, they released the "new" version, but it's horrible! Most of the data was not migrated. And what's worse, the data that was migrated was scrambled! For example, in the new App, if I choose the MENU option and then choose CONTACT US, the next screen opens for me to type a text (asking for help) but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to send the message! the send button is "hidden" behind the virtual keyboard, with no possibility of scrolling the screen to reach the "SEND" button. And this is just the least of the problems. There simply is no longer ANYWHERE the option to go back to the previous version (which was less "modern" in appearance, but more structured and organized). A migration of such magnitude should have been MUCH MORE PLANNED AND TESTED before being executed.

Update ruined my love for this app
I got this app a few months ago because I like keeping track of my animals weight to make sure they’re healthy & hopefully growing as they should. At least from my search this was the only user friendly free app that I could find that would lay out the weights & other info how I’d like. Fast forward to a week ago or so when the supposed update happened & I was essentially locked out of adding my data as well as retrieving my data which was the only place (stupidly) that I had it all compiled. That said, today it finally properly showed it had updated & low & behold they want my money to access more than one of my animals. I’d maybe consider it if I could even look at all the data from all my animals before choosing one to have on the free, but since I can’t I figured out if you choose one, get all the data from it & delete, then you can access another animal, but that was the only way I found that you could access any of your other animals, which means you might as well, get your data from each one & then delete to access the next & find another place because personally this app does not feel like a place worth my time or money

After the latest update can’t see my pets info, just a upgrade option, lost all my pets’ info, very disappointed

Can’t access
Can no longer access this app as it has a message about upgrading to the new app, you click the link that takes you to App Store only to find it’s the same app you already have. Completely unusable
Nothing works after the much heralded new version
Can’t access data using the old app, can’t access data via the web portal and can’t download the new version because it’s not listed on the App Store. Links from the old app and the web to “contact us” or “continue to use old app” are simply dead. It feels a bit like the pooch has left the kennel…
Literally not useable
After upgrading, the full page pop-up about the new upgrade doesn’t go away and there’s no way to bypass or close it, leaving the app completely unusable. Please fix this soon.
