App no longer accessible
I’ve had this app for several years, and I worked fine then I keep getting the information about upgrading I click on it and it sends me to the App Store only to open the app and get stuck in the same loop, I’ve tried contacting but nobody respond very disappointing what was a good app is now no longer usable and it contains my pets information’s which I can’t access.

Inaccessible data
Since the recent update, banners taking up the entire screen have made the app unusable; they can’t be closed, only giving the option to Update (I’m on the most up-to-date version), or download the old version (clicking this banner results in switching you to your browser where the “link” is just a line of text “contactus” rather than an actual URL).
Attempting to recover my pet’s data using the actual 11pets website by logging into my account isn’t possible either; logging in on the website directs you to a screen with navigation links to download the app on the apple or Google store, but gives no other options to recover any data on your account or pet’s records

App inaccessible after latest update

App does not work once upgrade
The app does not work when I upgrade the app, and I cannot access my data. Not recommend.
New version doesn’t work at all
The last version worked amazing but now it tells me to upgrade to the new version. When I try to do it it only allows me to open from the store and when I try to open it says to upgrade, but there is no option to upgrade.

Fantastic app
It's a great app reason for low stars is I keep getting told I have to upgrade for 55 euros or else I will lose use of app I'm sorry but that is rediculous amount which I can't afford to just pay out and with no way of keeping the free app seems stupid

The app is free again, thank you for not making us pay for the basic app, it truly is essential for us pet owners. Unfortunately you cannot bypass the ad for the paid upgrade to get to your data, please fix this. There is no “x” at the top of the add to close it out!
