Made an account that sat in final approved for 2-3 weeks. Asked whats going on and they automatically deleted my account.
I also noticed that they were unable to process us money transactions. Looks like a Ponzy... Be careful.

Not saying this is related but thought I would write it just incase but downloaded this app it asked for all these documents and things then next day my bank called me and said someone tried transferring $800 be careful

I wish I could give it less than a star. I was already apprehensive about signing up because I simply like to keep things simple and this entity did not give that impression upon first visiting their site. Very unprofessional company. The app is not good. My business partner and I have submitted all documents that we have for our business and they’re acting like we’re asking to get into a secret society. It’s a merchant app for crying out loud. We have a business registration and tax letter. I looked at the laws, nothing left to be provided but YOU want to make it complicated. I said okay, not that deep for us, next case, moving on. In life, I’m not going back and forth begging to understand exactly what imaginary forms you need to verify our account. To top it off, we provided proof of address and proof of our identities and it was rejected. When I asked to just close the account, I made the request directly from my account (also associated with my email address) on their tired app, and they still instructed me to waste more time by emailing them from my email address. Lazy much? Redirect much? I’m too seasoned to be dealing with people who don’t want to work. I bust my chops everyday working and providing quality service so my patience is beyond thin with this entity. Best advise, if you can avoid doing business with them, do so! Avoid! Total waste of time.

DO NOT USE! WONT LET YOU WITHDRAWAL
This is not a bank. This is a legal scam app. Someone needs to sue this company! They won’t let anyone withdrawal and will come up with a whole bunch of fees for your attempts to use your own money till you run out of it. Support tickets are useless and nobody can help. STAY THE F AWAY!

I have someone recommend Paxum for international wire transfers and it was the worst decision I’ve made when it comes to anything to do with banking I transferred 2.3k into Paxum and again to my UK bank account I still hasn’t received my money and it’s been 3 weeks, this is utterly unacceptable considering they stated it would take 1-3 days to be received into my bank account. The help support is useless just generic replies and different employees lying about information. I’ve been left without a whole months rent I cannot pay, this is a disgusting way to treat customers.

Don’t use
App won’t let me verify my self so I can use my account on a new phone I have an open account with money and can’t access it and they said there’s nothing they can do.
