SCAMMERS Stolen transfer and are using “lose of payment processor” as excuse
I’ve been dealing with them back and forth since last week of May. I believe they have stolen my transfer now. They are closing new tickets and not responding to my open ticket and repeating the same copy past message. No response on another site. This is absolutely a scam site now. They get your trust with a couple transfers that work then bam. Lots on Reddit in S/W based forums. Robbers.

Doesn’t accept UK ID and bad customer service
Tried multiple forms of ID but failed to accept all of them because it was in ‘black and white’ when it clearly wasn’t. Only the picture of my face which is the same on all forms of UK ID???
Emailed customer service to get it sorted only to get an email back that my account is closed so thanks Paxum for not helping and wasting my time.

Horrible impossible to get authenticated
The only review here that said same thing was 4 years old. Well imagine in 2024 it’s the same. No matter what you do or how many times you submit your driver’s license and face it always says failed and resubmit. And of course without authentication you can obviously do NOTHING or get paid. Don’t waste your time. I tried for over an hour.

Rejected payments of countless people with no proper explanation
Highway robbery
Charge you $5 for each transaction and you don't get your money back if the funds don't go thru. My bank info was correct and funds still didn't transfer. It's ridiculous that I have to keep paying. Other institutions refund the fee when the transfer doesn't go thru.
I hate this company
They never make the bank transfers on a consistent basis. £2 for a bank transfer that could potentially take days to process… we’re living in a digital age, this is dumb and it’s MY money, I feel abused.

Constantly getting rejected when trying to withdrawal my funds. I spoke with customer support and they told me the only option was to put my funds on a Paxum card and that every other service isn’t available!!! What an absolute joke. Such a scam. Do not use.
Does not work for Puerto Rico
It’s a shame that it’s not able to be used for people in Puerto Rico even though we are a US territory. Regulations need to be changed to include all US citizens in US territories. Its unacceptable. Our citizens are being treated like outsiders.
