Cash back days

Really good application but they need to reduce cash back days

Good initiative but lack of Support

More than 6 months ago i used this app to shop. I didn’t get any cash back. I contacted them & got no response.
Few days back i tried again and still no cash back automatically.
UPDATE : This time i have got a reply to the ticket and got my cash back added 👍🏻.
But if this happen every time than its not worth the effort.

More like a waste of time

They will only give you a cash back on one purchase and then keep you hanging for the rest. And if you reach out to the team, they will just keep asking one thing for ages even if you provide them, like a robot replying to your concerns. Really disappointed.

Fraud

They are lying about the cash back just be careful guys out there it’s a trap the application is making money by saying that you will get 10 percent cash back or depending on the percentage that is given but they are not so don’t waste your time for it

This is a fraud app guys they don’t give your cash back even after 21 days have passed so avoid using it.

Cashback process needs re-evaluation

Cash back process seems rather cumbersome right now as customer is expected to reach out to a support person everytime.

Fantastic app!

In my opinion, this is the best food discount related app in the market. The wide range of food outlets accessible through Savyour are unmatched in the local scene. Best thing is that the app's totally free and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone and I'm sure the company will become a force to reckon with, in the burgeoning Pakistani food industry.
