This app needs to be fixed
Everytime I order using credit card , It deducts the amount but the order does not go through their system and you cant edit or cancel, I have to call and send many emails to get my credit back !!
Can’t sign in
Tried reinstalling on both iPad and iPhone but the signing process just gives an endless loop of ‘please wait’

Credit card payment link does not work
When I click to pay by card at checkout, the link does not work and it just goes to order confirmed and nothing happens.
Cannot sign in
This worked for a little while. Then it logged me out and I cannot log in. It freezes with please wait at the login stage. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but no change.
Unreliable App
As a long-time consumer and user of home-delivery from Masafi I am frustrated by the problems we have every time they update or supposedly improve their app. Maybe they just need to pay a proper app developer to sort out the bugs? The online store is no better either. Usually after spending too much time on both the aforementioned ordering methods, I give up and order water over the phone...the good old fashioned way!

Amazing app
Much much better than the old app
App is buggy and hard to use.
The app crashed a couple times whilst I was using it, losing my order every time. Also, you have a promotion area that I tired taking advantage of and when I did The app said I was not eligible. Why not? Bogus promotion!!!
Once I did get an order together, the app said it couldn’t be processed at this time, I tried both with ‘cash order’ and ‘bit cash’ (what ever that is)
Lame.
