No Freight???
Negative:
No Freight!! I guess I thought this was a Loadboard. It’s not. Seems more like a Company that only post a load when they are unable to run the load. So it took me like 4 months before I saw a load posted in this app. The load posting is so rare, that it’s not worth keeping. But if you signed up, just keep it since you went thru the process. If they had/get more loads consistently, it would change my view. They’re worth using if you can get the loads. It may just be the area I’m located in and they don’t have the clients yet.
Positive:
The process is awesome!! Uploading paperwork, Tracking load, Payment, etc… is as good, if not better, than the other Brokers. It’s all digital signatures, no uploading pictures. Again, the process is the best.Show lessUnderwood Freight

Mothership it was great before now with all the updates they have made it’s difficult to get loads and hardly make money the way they say the system works is not fair to everyone other carriers get more shipment then others and sometimes don’t get loads at alltrue trucking a

App doesn’t open
Downloaded app and when I went to use it a screen pops up saying there is an update. You press update and it takes you to the App Store where there is no update. WorthlessKNDLTRANS

2+ years with mothership.
Mothership used to be awesome and although the app and company has improved slightly, I believe it still needs ALOT of work. In my opinion, the pay is not competitive, driver assistance is slow and are slow to resolve issues. The companies we service are always complaining and as a result, a lot of companies have dropped mothership. I hope higher ups read drivers concerns and would take action.Show lessIssy22_
