Received an email notice of being dropped as a carrier because I haven’t hauled a load in 90 days here in SoCal -How can I? You don’t send any loads through. Nothing wrong with my app, I’m logged in, sought help through the apps chat and they basically closed the chat without providing any answers or solutions.Show lessÆtius

Working along side Mothership has been a great experience and profitable. Most off all I would like to say that the support team is absolutely wonderful. They respond almost immediately to any concerns with loads, cancellations, and routes. This app is great. You gotta take it for what it is, it gets me good paying local routes and work in my area. Sometimes there is more work than other weeks is less, but I’m happy to get good work, and they pay way faster than other companies. You cant call. The Chat you just get passed around to the next person every shift change, most responses are automated so you not really talking to anyone.Iam_The_Pharaoh

The app is crashing. Apparently there was a update. With the update. It's keeps closing the app Everytime I open it.
I've u installed and reinstalled it several times and it doesn't work still.
Most day I run without using the app. And I have to send physical pictures to customer service to close out my trips versus using the app.

Poor communication
This app is a great way to make some money but the reality of it there’s a lot of things that they don’t tell you and also there’s a lot of hard work that you’re going to be putting in when dealing with this app. Some days are easier than others but other days you may find yourself in situations like mine I had a shipment that was going to Anaheim from Canoga Park making of around $100 and some change. When I arrive at the facility around 5:15PM that was set to close at 6PM I was greeted with a business that was closed I sent a text to Mothership and they didn’t reply to me until I was on the phone trying to get some help the problem is a lot of times and this is not just for me but also other drivers is that these places will not have accurate closing and operating hours so I have to drive 120 miles tomorrow to re-deliver the shipment when gas in California is $4.79 mind you they’re only paying $25 for overnight fee and another $20 for me waiting. You also can’t book any other loads when you have to re-deliver something so basically my whole day tomorrow will be wasted re-delivering the shipment because they couldn’t have the accurate time posted for this placeShow lessHpapih
