Really bad functionality
Each card needs to open in a browser so you can’t access in some supermarkets where the phone signal is bad.
Used cards don’t automatically disappear, you have to manually move them to “used”.
For large denominations, multiple cards are purchased eg $100 + $50. So this is very time consuming and embarrassing when trying to pay at the checkout while accessing multiple cards and waiting for the browser to load each one.
Love this app- so handy for instant savings while out & about!
Stopped working. Impossible to add your credit card
The only way to do this is when you purchase but it just won’t display the fields for you to enter.
I contact support via the apps chat and could not resolve the problem either. Said I had to wait till next time I need to purchase and try via the web site then.
A lot of frustration to try and save a few dollars.

Good app for browsing discounts and a quick response to problems by the developer
Besides that, the app is good. The layout is different to the website but appears to contain all the same useful info and ability to buy stuff once you get used to it. Plus it is much easier to buy instant-use vouchers for purchases on the go. I'd recommend it to anyone who uses the Rewards Gateway website.
So, I've gone from being frustrated and disappointed to being a happy customer. Thanks again to the developers for the super fast response.

Hi BenjiBaby2010, First of all, let me apologize on behalf of all of us here at Reward Gateway who built the app. We have let you down and we apologise. We dropped the ball. Our only real defence is that we didn't do it intentionally and as soon as this bug came to our attention we had fixed it and made it our number one priority. Within 48 hours we had a fixed version in the app store. This is not to say we didn't make an error but to show how seriously we take these issues. We really do appreciate you taking the time out of your day to leave us the review. We do hope you'll accept our apology and give us a second chance now that the issue is fixed.
