App sign in issues
Seriously the difficulty in signing in issue has not been resolved for over a week now. It just keeps asking for my email, and before I can enter the one time pin from my email, it returns to the previous page and asks for my email again. Even if I can punch in my one time pin and seemingly sign in, before I could do anything it signs me out again and ask me to start over. Theres literally no way for me to use the app right now.

Preload your cards before going out
The service does a good job of drawing together benefits in a way that can be categorised and searched, but the app seems quite unreliable:
- loading cards with money can be unreliable when you on the go and reliant on the app - even hen I have a good signal and good internet connectivity for other apps. You can work around this by preloading the cards but this requires you to anticipate how much you are going to spend, or maintain balances on your cards, which many users will not be able to afford to do
- the app often crashes and dumps you back at the home page, particularly if you switch to the app after waking up your phone
- some of these cards can be stored in the Apple wallet but you have to search around for instructions on how to do this - would be good to be able to do it from the app
- I had a problem where the app miscounted the number of purchases I had made in a day (I’d completed 4 not 5) because it repeatedly failed to complete one transaction
All of these things are wrinkles, and generally low stake inconveniences given the size of the discounts, but will likely influence whether I make heavier use of the benefits in the long run

Prevents from using the app when not on latest version…
This is so annoying that it blocks the app when you don’t have the latest version… This is a discount app, so you are not always on WiFi when you need to use it… and obviously you realise that at the time of paying
Very buggy
Works most of the times and it’s great. But can leave you stranded at times. Has happened with me several times when you are at the counter to pay using your gift card the app won’t open and need update. You need to enter card details etc. sometimes your gift cards don’t arrive on time.
Please sort these things out or atleast recognise that these issues occur. Leaving this feedback as it just happened with me. I bought gift card before going to the counter and when I get there the app decides to do registering of new user 😀

Payment processing
I use my card and address details across a multitude of apps and sights. This app somehow seems to result in my card payments being declined (meaning I cannot purchase any of the items) due to me providing incorrect address details. The address details I submitted are no different to ones I do on any other app yet those apps pass my details through just fine. To add insult to injury when I tried to contact support I was given instructions to delete my card but the steps given were unhelpful. Then when I tried gain to submit I got locked out. An end to end very disappointing experience and if I can’t make payments the app has no purpose to me sadly so I have deleted it.

Search does not work
Searching stores like “Best Buy” doesn’t work, returns some random store. You have to go through all stores and manually look for the store you’re interested in
Very confusing application and unclear promotions
There are lots of offers in the application which I'll give them that extra star. The application seems to be occasionally working if you are only shopping for a topped-up gift card. Unfortunately, the system or server went down quite a few times in just one season which we cannot gain access to anything. Additionally, some promotions are just confusing for customers when they are getting their rewards back. When the agent has sent you a photo in live chat, it is very challenging to get back to your conversation in the live chat section. Just find the whole app and site quite disappointing.

Long time bug
A long while back like maybe a year ago the app just started asking to verify card details before payment and after you confirm the details from the card you just get a blank white screen with no errors and it doesn’t proceed any further with the payment. Luckily the mobile website version still works otherwise the whole reward scheme would be useless. Can’t believe no one has bothered to fix this though as all my work team have the same problem. Seems the app is neglected these days.

More to improve
Compare to use windows, this software to get star with and get notification anywhere you want. Just ask a little bit further, are there anyway that IOS can like some items, and get further notification when this item is on special discount?
