The entire development team should be fired because even college kids can make better apps than this. It should be taken down from the app store because it is shameful. Absolutely doesn't work thus a complete wasteJadax7
Apple Music
I connected my Alexa so I can tell Alexa to play my Apple Music but this speaker “doesn’t support” Apple Music and it’s disappointing and needs an update because this speaker is expensive af but “ doesn’t support” Apple. It needs a update2$hadyy
Not sure what the fuss is about
Just got my Megablast today, took all of a few minutes to setup and update then I was listening to music from Alexa over WiFi. So far not seeing of the issues everyone else is, I’ll come back and update if it goes south.
App is easy to use with the right about of features and settings. I like that I can quickly control volume from the app when the device is on the other side of the patio or pool.Show lessHallr789
Fix the App
PLEASE get your dev team on this. It is unstable and doesn’t work 75 percent of the time more like 90...once paired or synced....all bets are off. How embarrassing in front of girlfriends or friends who end up rolling their eyes as you walk from speaker to speaker trying to play some music as someone just ends up playing it from their phone. Do you know how frustrating that is after paying for these “cutting edge” speakers and trying to show off your music?Show lessryan3894
MegaBlast can’t connect
Looks like a common issue.. MegaBlast cannot connect to wifi through the app.Macca1993!
Cuts out, Alexa broken, no account sharing
Audio cuts out intermittently - annoying
Amazon Alexa does not work at all, not fixed for months, been a problem since September
Cannot share the megablast between multiple people, if Alexa even worked, it cannot be trained to recognise different peoples voices - a feature familiar to people with a google home device.
Probably going to refund the megablast. Big let down. Not sure if a megaboom is even worth it.Show lessjackhollis
Very poor
Five stars for the build quality. About three for the sound quality; I think they could pull way more bass from the sub, sounds no better than the JBL Charge 3 I had.
Two stars is for the fact that overall, I’m ready to get rid of this thing, keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection and shutting down. App is ropey at best and now it’s just started refusing to turn back on. Back to JBL. Shame.Show lessPriest-91

Piece of crap
This may be the worst app I have ever used. It has MAJOR problems doing simple things like connecting to WiFi. It takes forever to show a list of available networks and forever to try to connect and eventually fails after a long wait. Useless."EveryNickNameIsTaken" - taken
Can’t pair my speaker
Fix your app!! Once you get a new phone it will keep disconnecting from your device. I keep on having to reconnect it to my phone once a month. Not only that, I have to re-pair it when it literally can’t. I click on help and all it says is make sure your speaker is in range when it is litterally right beside me. Good tips!!
