Looses connection
Works better in my iPhone 8, but using iPad looses connection about every 10 minutes approximately. Drives me nuts!!!you've got yo be kidding

Terrible terrible app
The Blast speaker is a decent piece of kit but it’s let down by this app. I bought a new Blast and when I tried to set it up it failed on EVERY STEP using the app. Every step multiple times! So I tried again and again. Resetting the device, re-installing the app, and so on and so on. Eventually I got through each step until I ultimately got the thing working. Most people would not have the patience to do this. The setup should take a couple of minutes if it all works but it took me about 40 minutes. The app just doesn’t work well enough. Alexa died
Waking up Alexa with voice just stopped working fully when updating to the latest firmware. Might even convince me to refund the speaker :(kyanoce
Great speaker w spotty horrible connect
This is an amazing speaker that you can never connect to and none of your friends or your family can ever connect to you because you have to have the app and it never works it doesn’t connect to your Bluetooth it frustrates you it takes a huge amount of time ...they make it really hard again...great speaker horrible app fire ur app developer and this would be a great product wo the bad appShow lessBN Lindsay
Rubbish - app, speaker or both
Speaker constantly disconnecting from app.
It may just be the speaker that is faulty, or both, who knows. Given that you need the app to use the speaker then the whole “package” is useless if one of the elements is broken. Speaker going back and being replaced by a brand that works!Neilbest65
Pain in the ***
Speaker will constantly loose Wi-Fi connection. Usually at the most inappropriate times like at 2am, which then triggers the speakers own alarm, waking me up! SORT IT OUTJaymw91
Doesn’t work
App is useless can’t connect to wifi and the speaker continuously disconnects from my phone during playback doesn’t even get through one song and it disconnects.jmurphyooo
Nice graphic, but after that....
Lacks any kind of real logic. No flow to what’s in each of the menu areas.
So much potential, but no effort in making the whole interface compelling.
