Worst app ever
Rating is -star. I’ve had Traq shoes for 6 years. Always had issues with app, but latest problem is the reason I will NEVER buy these shoes again
I’ve been contacting customer service weekly for almost 2 months (ladies who answer phone immediately are very helpful) problem is the app doesn’t recognize the email address that I’ve been using with Traq for 6 years and Algeria for 9. This happened before and when resolved I lost all previous data. Now it is again an IT issue - I was told they’re offshore, and may take time.
I decided since I’ll lose all data anyway, I may as well create a new account. Well now the app won’t recognize the shoe! I’m DONE- no more, I’ll wear my Skechers and FitbitShow lesscams1745
Dissatisfied
Just bought a pair of Traq shoes, downloaded app and tried to use it but keep getting an error. Emailed support, but no answer yet.mommadorn
Great shoes. Crap app.
Algeria shoes are best on the planet. Total shame this app is such a disaster. After several attempts I gave up even trying to register. Couldn’t get response. Kept telling me my email was already registered so tried to get it to reset password. No response sent to email. Tried setting up through FB. Again, nothing. Tried through Apple. Zero. You’d think if my email was already registered as they claimed they could send email to reset password. But nope. Tried 3 x within 30 min. Nothing. Useless.Show lessmuppypuppy
App Won’t even Open
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and also restarting phone several times. App won’t even open. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was so excited :(CDodson1210
Disappointing App
4 pairs and app doesn’t work with any. Just put on a new pair today and sad to report it still does not work. Please remove this app and quit selling as part of shoes. False advertisement!golden girl 1957
Rubbish app
Not having been updated in two years, should have been a warning sign but ordered a pair of the Traq shoes assuming they would work. Alas, not to be, as I could never get the app to recognize the show sensor. Tried on two iPhones and an iPad Pro. Maybe battery already toast but nothing could recognize it. From other reviews Alegria appears to make decent shoes, just not tech.Show lessHodag_64
Disappointed
I have purchased many pairs of Algeria shoes, & just bought my 3rd pair of TRAQ shoes. The 2nd pair quit recording steps when they were still pretty new, but I figured something happened with the chip. I was able to pair my new ones, but not a single step was recorded. I then deleted & reinstalled the app, & it wouldn’t even scan my shoe. I love the shoes, but please don’t advertise something that can’t be delivered. Useless
It won’t even connect to my sneakers. yes Bluetooth is on and I’m only trying to connect one pair not multiple pairs I will give this app more stars if it ever starts workingdaily gypsy
Garbage app
Bluetooth does not connect. Judging from the reviews, this company is selling shoes that promises something it cannot deliver for at least a year. How dishonest and disgusting.trynamakeitlit
Alegria TRAQ shoes
Shoes are comfortable for walking but chip quit working. Can’t use app at all because it won’t detect my shoes. Don’t waste your money if buying for the pedometer feature. Shoes are expensive and there are probably better walking shoes that are less expensive.Pat in Arkansas
