  • Worthless app

    I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve tried two pairs of the TRAQ shoes and neither will work with app! Tried everything including deleting shoes from app and now neither pair will even show up when I try to reconnect them! What a waste of $100!
  • Traq walking app

    I have been using this app for a couple of years and have had very good luck and performance with it and adding all my Alegria shoes. At this point I called for help, did as suggested m deleted app. From my phone, reinstalled app, still couldn’t get it to work. Then I deleted app again, turned my phone off, turned phone back on and reinstalled app and still can’t get the app to connect to my shoes. At this point I believe this is an app issue and I hope it gets fixed real soon.

  • Unreliable

    I’ve tried everything but the app doesn’t track the steps on my brand new shoes. Customer service does not help.
  • One star until you get your stuff together

    It says to choose a style of shoes ..........and I’m looking at a blank screen. I can’t move on until I choose a style of shoes from the list of......no shoes. Just blank space.
  • Great shoes! Not so great app…

    The TRAQ shoes, like every other Alegria shoe, is super comfortable. And if you’re just trying to add one pair of shoes to the app, it’s not terrible, so long as the chip works (which happened to me and I had to exchange my shoes because they wouldn’t sync up to the app). With one pair, it was so nice, cuz I could track my steps without carrying my phone around. However, when I tried to add my second pair, which it supposedly can do because it has the option to add more than one, it wouldn’t let me! And it would freeze up so I’d have to close out the app completely, or even uninstall and reinstall! And when I tried to just change the shoe, suddenly it wasn’t tracking my steps for either one! It ended up being way more of a headache than anything else. I ended up having to delete the app. I would download it again if they fix the bugs, but not before. It’s too much of a hassle.

  • I can’t get them to connect to the app

    I have recently purchased the TRAQ by Alergia shoes for work, which fit and feel great, but I can’t get the chip to connect to the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I have turned my phone on and off, and have turned bluetooth on and off. It seems like the chip is either broken or non-existent. I am happy they feel good but I was looking forward to the smart tech in the shoes. I think the app needs fixing or has some kind of bug.

  • Third pair that won’t connect

    This is my third time getting a new pair from the company. The first one was sent to me used, and did not connect. So I sent it back and got a new pair. Second pair were brand new and wonderful— except they don’t connect either! After a WEEK the company got back to me basically saying that it’s not their fault and it’s probably my phone. I tried two other phones unsuccessfully as well. Returned again and was sent a third new pair. STILL not connecting, no matter which device I use. I have restarted Bluetooth, restarted phone, deleted and re-downloaded the app. Shook the living heck out of both shoes. Nothing. Their customer support is severely lacking!

    That’s said the shoes themselves are the most comfortable I have ever had with great support. The design and color is perfect for me.
    It’s a shame their system is wack.
    Not worth the $100 I paid.

  • Stopped counting

    I have had my TRAQ qool shoes for close to a year now. Once I downloaded this app and paired the shoes, it counted the steps. For a few months now, I have noticed that the app or maybe the shoes has stopped the count.
  • What a joke

    I have bought three…. Yes THREE pairs. 1st pair wouldn’t pair with the app. Returned and 2nd pair did pair with the app- but wouldn’t sync any steps. Returned the 2nd pair and bought a 3rd and what do you know these won’t pair with the app either. Cute and comfy shoe so it’s a shame the selling point of these shoes is such a joke

  • Won’t pair shoes after day 1

    This is my first pair of TRAQ sneakers, and I’ve never been a sneaker kind of girl. Super comfortable and I would buy another color BUT, after only getting steps to register at day one, that was the end of the app or Qchip working. Alegria customer support is not support at all. They sent me numerous emails to delete and reinstall app before forwarding to a manager, who told me I had to pay to ship the defective shoe to them. Maybe it’s the app bc my sneakers were hardly worn. I recall I had about 382 steps recorded and that was inside my house. Not happy at all.
