Sad with the way this is going downhill
My first TRAQ shoes were great and the app sync and counting worked great! This past spring 2021 I bought two pairs of TRAQ shoes directly from Alegria‘a TRAQ website. Neither pair will transfer counts of steps to the app. One pair seems like it has disappeared completely. I removed it and tried to re sync with the app and it doesn’t. For some reason the chip in the shoe died. Now the second pair is acting the same. I haven’t work these in water. And the only thing I can say is both pairs were bought on sale. Was/is there a Problem with the Chips? Wish we could replace the chips in the left shoe. My shoes are nowhere needing replacing yet except they won’t track. I’m disappointed the quality of the technology isn’t what it was at the beginning.Show lessKayak Babe
Great Shoes BUT…. App doesn’t Work!
Love the Allegria shoes they’re great good support great for walking daily or sports.
BUT the application will only work for a short time and then it won’t work anymore. you can want try to logon and restart and everything else and it still won’t work !!!
so the Alegria people need to work on the application !!! it’s a shame I bought several pairs of shoes. I’ve had I’ve already gone through them and I’ve got new ones but now the application doesn’t work!! Chip/App malfunction
I agree with the previous reviewer…..shoes are so comfy ….my go to shoes for exercise or whenever am going to be doing a lot of walking. The technology has never work right to now not working at all …..my one star is for the app & technology not the shoe itself.hshsbejsheveh
Disappointed
Amazing shoes but my shoes aren’t tracking anymore. Had my shoes about 8 months. I’m really sad I loved seeing how much I walked at work. I tried all the instructions and now it can’t even find my shoes. Bummer. Back to Apple Watch it is.Urmurgursh
Wish it worked
I love the idea. And at first it worked. But my last 3 pair of shoes will not sync and now even the older ones don’t count steps.

App not working
I have several TRAQ shoes that I enjoy wearing and the app has worked on every pair until this month of July 2021. My shoes are not any older than two years. So disappointed!scook85
Horrible App
I bought sandals. They worked until 10,000 steps and then quit working. Also bought another pair of shoes. The app will not recognize those either. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling is worthless. Contacting customer support is useless. You get the same canned answer each time. Don’t waste your money if what you want is the tracking.Show lessficles
Worst shoes ever
I brought this shoe last year 2020 and loved that it tracked your steps. It worked for 6 months and totally stopped. Could not get it to work again and did everything the company told me to do. Will not buy any more of these shoes. I should have given it a zero rating but that was not a choice.what a appl
Shoes will not sync with app
While the shoes themselves are fine I am disappointed that they will not sync with the app. There is no troubleshooting help anywhere on line and Algeria has not responded to the email I sent them over a week ago. So, shame on you Algeria. The only consolation is that I bought my shoes on closeout so I didn’t pay full price for them. And, they are super comfortable.Show lessTuvikene
