Love the new features!
I bought my 3rd pair of TRAQ shoes and connected them to the new app and love the new features! I love that you can get badges now for your steps, definitely keeps me going. I even convinced two of my friends to get TRAQ so we can keep each other motivated while working from home!

I LOVE that the shoes count my steps more accurately than the bracelets I have. Plus I NEVER HAVE TO CHARGE the shoes like I have to with my other fit-devices!

LOST ALL my steps
I got these awesome shoes back in November of 2019, and this most recent app update. I got logged out and apparently lost ALL my account information. I loved seeing my steps add up over that time period. I had walked well over 500miles and I was proud of that. And unfortunately I lost all my progress.

Always loved the comfort of these shoes but was never impressed by the app however the new update is pretty awesome!!!
The awards seem worthy of pursuing and love the new designs but best of all the app works! My shoes connected instantly and tracks my steps pretty accurately. it also kept my history from 7 months ago. I’m happy!

Lost data and shoes no longer connect
Bad update, it lost all of my old data and my shoes no longer connect. So disappointed.
Worst app out there
I was so excited to buy these Comfortable shoes with a tracker, but so very disappointed with the app. It really doesn’t tell you much and there is no instruction on how to use it. I rarely use it any more because of this. Save your money for now.....at least until they upgrade this app!!
