Waste of time setting up using the iphone app. Better set it up using an internet browser via laptop or desktop pc.bongiss

I can’t believe in this day and age that a tech company could produce such a poor app. It is a totally useless tool and does nothing to help manage the home network. This goes also for their new AX mesh routers. I went from old AC Apple network device to the D Link and am now back on the Apple with the 5 AX units in the draw due to constant connection issues. Waste Of Time & Energy Using The D-Link App
Spent ages trying to connect our new extender to our Iphones using the DLink App and failed every time. Frustrating and a complete waste of time. Our cheap TP Link was an easier set up via their app then the DLink was. We ended up calling tech support and Sam resolved the issue very quickly. Nowhere does it tell you how to set up your devices via the DLink App. Would of been nice to have some info regarding this issue in the box it came in.Show lessSpookyoscarchris

It keeps logging me out
The app keeps logging me out everyday for the past few weeks. Have to log in again and again to receive notifications. It used to work perfectly. Not happyEsra Smart

Do not buy!
Having purchased the 3 node kit intending to modernise my home network and help it better cope with the new connected devices I am constantly adding, I am now returning it after wasting countless hours trying to set it up.
The mobile configuration app is a gimmick, pretends to be connecting to the devices when in reality the devices are doing their own thing independent of what you are seen on screen. In one of my many attempts I got it working just to completely crash it trying to add the third node.
Over the years I have setup numerous home networks and this is the worst configuration app and setup process I have encountered.Show lessPhiandOmega
