User name and password
I just downloaded app on iPad and phone and the initial screen is a login screen.. but no where is there a section to actually set this up. How do I set this up? I’m also not seeing the Dashboard when I open the app. Please adviseKornatowski

Can’t view messages
FYI- Since the last update last week, I have been unable to see messages. Everything else seems to work, but when I click messages, the app crashes.daddy_gld

I rely on this app to help track the activities of my loved one and to talk to the facility. It does not work as of 10/12/18 due to needing an update that is unavailable.Clint7878
