check deposits doesn’t work
I did mobile deposits on 2 checks, they are all identical monthly dividends and for some reason I get a ‘not’ recognized on one. makes no sense.
Great customer service.
Never had an issue with this institution. Anything I ever needed was taken care of promptly and professionally.
Convenient and user friendly
I can always check my balance, quickly transfer money to my savings or into my family’s account if I need to spend them money. Everything is so easy.
Can’t recognize checks
Recently I’ve encountered troubles with my checks being recognized, everything is valid and up to date yet the photo mode doesn’t want to accept the front stating my check is missing certain pets, I’ve tried with a number of checks with no sort of luck, not sure why there isn’t a manual entry for the checks but it’s unfortunate I have to deal with a late payment due to the lack of usability in this application. 👎

No option for mobile deposit
There is no icon at the bottom of the screen for mobile deposit. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with tech support, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still nothing. Customer Service said they would send my screenshots to the development team. It’s a very basic function that needs to work and it’s not here.

Need a dark background for check deposit
To deposit a check you have to photograph the front and back via the app. A very dark background behind the check and a good light are needed. If your pictures of the check, front or back, are not capturing, try to put the check on a dark towel and turn on all the lights.
Bad Mobile Deposit
EVERY time I try to do a mobile deposit it doesn’t read the back of the check WITH the endorsement !!! I keep steady and I even try to manually capture the photo and keeps saying the photo capture is wrong. NEED TO FIX THE CAPTURE MECHANIC !!!! ASAP !!!

In this tech era UCU has very little capabilities. Can’t pay online unless you have a specific matching UCU bank account. When you pay it takes days to see the transaction and they do t offer receipts, not even if you call make a payment and request an emailed receipt
Cash back alert every single time
For the love of God please remove the cash back message/ad every time you log in. It’s beyond irritating!!!
transfer funds action not functional
app logs in fine for me but i get an application error when attempting a funds transfer. need this fixed asap. thanks
