Great product - ensure you have the latest IOS
Finally got this to work after hours of trying - it needed the latest IOS or it would not communicate.
Once done the app is easy to use and pictures from the camera roll can be reformatted and edited to taste.
Be aware - the app shown in the printer documentation is not the app on the UK or US App Store. The CA app works well and is the actual one that links to from the old URLs so no issue.

Incredibly frustrating to use
I find the app and product in general frustrating to use. The app and printer take a long time to respond and once you’ve loaded your picture regularly the printer sounds like it’s printing then nothing comes out and you have to start again. The devices often don’t pair even though they’re next to each other. Frustrating to use.Show lesspobble5

Did a 5 year old create this app?!
I hate this app. I want to just print the pictures from my camera roll and be done. I can do my editing on other apps. I first bought the Polaroid Zip printer in December 2016 and they had just changed the app. It worked great for quite a while and then something happened and it stopped working. I don't even know if this is the right app for my printer. I try to connect it through bluetooth and I go to print the photo and then the printer turns off and I have to restart. I get so confused and frustrated that I just give up. Please save yourself some time and just buy a different brand printer and app.Show lessUser 9725
Great app poorly supported
My printer stopped working the day after the latest app update. After a week of emails back and forth with customer support I was finally told that it was my printer that was malfunctioning. From the beginning I suspected it was an app issue and even asked if there was a way to install an older version - the answer was no. Finally, I took it upon myself to look through old apps on my phone and found a previous version. After installing it and pairing my printer - TA DA! Printer worked great!

Printer is not printing
Is this new updated version not support iPhone 6s Plus? I can get the printer to print any phot now. The circle is just keep on turning & can print out any photo for me!!! Please fix the issueCfhyr
Not working anymore
I haven’t used my printer in a while but I recently wanted to print some pictures out and saw the new updated version of the app. Went to print the pics and nothing would come out. All I got was “Preparing for printing”, my printer would make a noise then it would take me back to “My Gallery” with not photos printed. Tried deleting and getting the app again, resetting the printer, etc. and nothing happened.
I’m not sure if there is a glitch with the new version of the app or what’s going on but the old version of the app worked just fine.Show lessMonopoly Girl 101
Waste of time and money
App is completely terrible. I keep trying to print pictures and I’ve taken every measure- deleted the app and redownloaded it, restarted my phone, switched WiFi networks and even used a different phone! This stupid app won’t even print my pictures even though it says it’s connected in the app and in the Bluetooth settings on my phone but NOTHING!!!!! Ever single time it says preparing to print and then it just goes back to my camera roll screen. What can I do? I’m beyond fed up and am disappointed that I’ve wasted all my money on this printer and the sheets for it.Show lessPm1Dpink1129

This is INSANE. Did everyone but your customer service team up and quit? I just want to print these photos. The person I emailed with had me replace my camera (???) instead. FINALLY got the replacement and guess what? EXACT SAME ISSUES. If everyone is giving you a poor rating, don’t you think that maybe, PERHAPS, there is a huge issue with YOUR app? I dunno guys, just spitballing here. Just a guess.
