Doesn’t recognise password
Changed my password to enable access and confirmed on email but when I go back into the app it says password not recognised
Useless App
The taxi service is fine, so my review is based on the app.
I prefer to pay by an app like Uber or pay by card, and I thought this app would be the solution.
This app doesn’t even allow me to create an account. No code is sent to my phone, so I can’t use the service.
It’s frustrating because I have to make time to go to a cash machine, if I want to use Elland cars.
Despite the friendly drivers, I only go Elland Cars if I can’t get another service.

Likes cash only
Tried booking a few times using app and doesn’t allow me to book, been a few glitches like this. I’ve then rang up and card machine hasn’t worked. Could only pay by cash

Can’t create account. Enter your mobile number, it says it’s text you a code but nothing arrives, tried 6 times then gave up
Need to change pickup point settings!
You can only book a taxi from your current location. Absolutely useless when I want to set my pickup in advance at the train station etc. Please change this!
Finally
Saves the stops to the bank machine, also arranging a taxi for my daughter and knowing she’s coming home safe with the tracking system! Brilliant 👌🏻
