New design of the Summary Screen which now includes the current address. Historical now only includes previous addresses. Historical Tab renamed to Personal 2. The Personal 2 tab is now available next to the Personal tab “Previous address” is now “Current address”. Fixed an issue where images were not showing in the care plan after being added to the General Notes. Resolved an issue where loading the Health Issue Review when the task is selected from Home Status or Outstanding Task.
