Great app
The app does what it supposed to do, great user interface, layout, and intuitive and easy to use. I have been using it for the past couple of weeks now, and I have no problem with it, and thy continue to update it, so I can only imagine that it will only get better.

Took some retrofitting but functionally seems strong
I have the type of doors that swing up so the rail attachment system didn’t work for me. Instead I took the sensors off of the metal brackets and installed directly onto my door and used a wood block to space the sensor out to meet its pair. The door system does not work on 5G wireless so make sure your logged into a 2G wireless system.Show lessbressface

Nice nice nice device!
One of the easiest installations I’ve ever done. Works perfectly using 5 additional sub-accounts. Wish there was a way to manage the ‘admin’ settings but it’s prob right in front of me and I’ve yet to see it. Very cool unit that works with an opener from hell so I’m totally impressed. Great app
My only criticism is that the ifttt integration doesn’t work with Apple. Also the app can’t use Bluetooth from iPhone but can with android. Otherwise super cool being able to open and close my garage with voice (Alexa) and the app. No more losing the remote or putting in batteries to remotes.ucsaw
Doesn’t work. Support lacking.
I’ve tried following the directions, downloaded app, watched videos, to no avail. App no longer recognizes me as registered user. I really want to make this work, but frustration is evident.cjl0909
