It was brilliant
We was collected from a church party and I don’t think the cab would be there as in the middle of nowhere and down a dark lane. But the cab was there on time and a very pleasant journey home
Horrifically unreliable, don’t bother!
This app is a complete waste of time as cabs are prioritised by people walking into the office regardless of how far in advance you may have booked.
As a female travelling alone I relied on this cab company to get home safe I, among other girls I witnessed, was seriously let down and stranded late at night with no other options by this pointless app.
The fact that the bookings submitted via the app are not properly managed or regulated genuinely puts people at risk of being stuck in a the middle of nowhere with no option but random, unauthorised, unlicensed cars.
Beyond simply being pointless and not fit for purpose- this app is potentially putting lives at risk.
