Where is customer service?
I’ve emailed for weeks now. I’m having issues when I go to the app… It requires me to login every single time. That’s something rather new over the last few months. Over the last month, when I attempt to login… It won’t allow me to because it says that toll-free numbers are not allowed. I do have screenshots. My phone number is not a toll-free number. Never has been. I have submitted three receipts that were not able to be uploaded because of this.
Also curious as to know how Else I can redeem the monies besides taking a 50% cut to use PayPal. There’s no other option. I’ve been uploading for quite some time and would really prefer to utilize all of the funds that I have accrued.
The last thing I wanted to do was come out here and leave a negative review and I don’t understand why it’s so impossible to find someone. Please get back to me… Please.🙏🙏
