Time to start over?
Every time this app glitches, the workers are told they need to fix it and it’s on our end, either because we just don’t know how to use it or because our device is faulty or because we don’t have a good connectivity. Every. Single. Time. Jobs posted by schools don’t show up at all, or very erratically. Customer service is a copy and paste from the handbook-kind of solution. I STILL have notifications from 9 months ago that I can’t delete. And speaking of notifications: too many. All the time. Every day.Show lessSnickerdoodle08

Not my favorite
I’ll try to keep this to just the app performance, but that’s hard. I’ve worked for spur for a year now.
-The app glitches and causes all sorts of problems with clocking in and out and verifying your times.
-If you cancel a job less than 12 hours before you are scheduled to start, they will call and email you and harass you about why you had to cancel.
-They are very pushy, even when just calling about an app issue.
-The app has come a long way, it used to be a LOT worse, but there are still times it freezes on me.Show lessbonbons16865

It would be nice if the spur app is compatible with the IPhone 4 trying to earn a living tired of missing out on job opportunities I have a 9.3 IOS version it will not update to 10 IOS version. The spur app will download easy but will not let you go beyond signing up. I would give you five stars but I am going to give you one of you can't find away to accommodate everyone and make things compatible.Show lessMkjs97

So I won’t get personal here as I will on FB. But please keep doing what you are doing. I actually like the fact that you are open to your sub aides and will help them, and care. So I really appreciate that. They go above and beyond. If the app glitches so what, call support and they are on top of it and can basically tell you the answer to everything and know where to direct you. By the way I love the app and I’m excited waiting on the new features! Maybe make it available online on the computer? Sometimes phones aren’t able to open apps or are slow.
