I’ve contacted support a couple times with no follow up responses after several weeks. The app is fine, but if anything goes wrong then best of luck on your own.
Adding photos
App constantly crashes when I try to add photos. When it does work, the photo takes, shows it briefly, but doesn’t add it to the work order.
This is a constant, everyday problem. I’m also not the only one this is happening to.

The app is very convenient for updating priority work orders without the need to go back to a desk.

iOS 16 bug? Won’t sync or stay open.

The ability to see multiple properties at once it’s very beneficial. I love the fact that you can sort and filter how you want the app to appear teach individual tech. Support for the app is excellent and their customer service is outstanding!!

Stops working
The app is great, until you have it downloaded for a week. Stops working and no matter how much you close it and reopen it, the page will not refresh or give you and new work orders. That is until you uninstall it and reinstall it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times.
