I used to love this app

Because I wasn’t able to get it to work, I went and purchased the subscription again, and although I am not happy with paying twice for the same app, It seems to work much better, which I do appreciate but i still think that is unfair to charge twice, for one subscription and if it happens, by mistake, the customer should be refunded, which hasn’t happened yet.
Other than that, I like the wide selection of workouts and individual plans. I like that you get to set a goal and gradually work your way through it. It is also very helpful to be able to substitute some of the suggested workouts that come with your plan, for those days when you’re dragging or the days you’re on fire and ready to step up with a more rigorous training.

Charged before 7 day trial was up after I cancelled it on day 3
I cancelled the trial on day 3 or 4. I have then checked my bank statements and have seen I have been charged for a months subscription.
I have sent a refund request as I did not authorise to be charged until the free trial was up if I hadn’t cancelled my subscription which I have.
I also selected the 7 day trial through the app and cancelled through the app so it is not the case of if you did it on the website then cancel through the website, I have had the app for only 5 days and have already been charged the months fee.

Great app
Plus there’s educational content, habit and calorie tracking, meal ideas and even more. A great app that’s keeping me on track, and it feels positive and supportive where some other apps and programmes can be aggressive or negative. Plus it’s very user friendly and easy to use!

Average for the cost
For the wall Pilates, there are only options for seniors or normal people, for the plus size routines, again you have to pay more.
I definitely don’t feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth and may look at not renewing my subscription.

Additional plans can easily be skipped and our product’s purchase can only be initiated with the user’s approval.
