Great app
Plus there’s educational content, habit and calorie tracking, meal ideas and even more. A great app that’s keeping me on track, and it feels positive and supportive where some other apps and programmes can be aggressive or negative. Plus it’s very user friendly and easy to use!

Average for the cost
For the wall Pilates, there are only options for seniors or normal people, for the plus size routines, again you have to pay more.
I definitely don’t feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth and may look at not renewing my subscription.

Not for those used to working out regularly
Ultimately, I just wanted to challenge myself to think about fitness daily, but the workouts are so far only 15-20 minutes and I wouldn’t really call them workouts. I was hoping to challenge my flexibility and stability, but in general I’m overthinking the wall, at most stretching, and not really feeling any impact even after an “advanced” class.
I know it’s early in the process, but I probably will not renew my 28-day challenge.

Auto-renewal issues
The only reason I was able to know I was paying them is through my bank- no receipt or email confirmation of payment, so it seems they don’t want to notify you that you’re still paying so you don’t notice!
I requested a refund on the same date of payment, however you won’t get a refund unless you can prove you’ve been using the app and don’t see results….
I completely understand their terms etc and sure, I don’t meet the requirements of a refund. But this is so disappointing that a health app is so sneaky and seems to be taking our money. Once you sign up you don’t hear a beep from them, then notice you’re paying them!
My second payment was also DOUBLE the initial payment. Really I would have appreciated a heads up email about the ‘auto-renewal’ and I genuinely would have considered continuing with the app- but they’ve left a bad taste in my mouth now and I won’t be using this again.
