    Since there are soooo many comments about your app blocking the button to sign up &you responded several times that you have a fix for this issue—Why on earth do you want me to email you to get a response in days whilst I am sitting in a laundry room with laundry frustrated your app is in dinosaur age? I need it to work now not whenever you as a Buisness is ready to respond about your dysfunctional app. Either post this fox here or fox the app or just do another Buisness. I have not used my complex’s laundry facilities in years. I thought on Father’s Day no one will be there so I will try it. Not going yo do this again. You lost my Buisness based on my experience here and reading in the comments that you totally know there is a problem with your app & your Buisness practice is to get me to serve you as a Buisness instead of you serving me as a customer. Wake up!!

  • Nonexistent Customer Service

    I still have not received any assistance trying to reset my password. I requested a link through your app and while your app says it was sent to my email, it still hasn’t been delivered. quite frankly this is very frustrating. I work in support and if it took me 48hours to send a password reset link to a customer, I would lose my job for taking so long. Please send me a link to reset my password and please improve your customer service support because it’s nonexistent.

  • App is cheap

    This app either has a bug or just doesn’t function well. I was successfully able to do laundry once before I noticed the issue. When I came back to login the app forces you to type in your email and password. However, you cannot scroll or do anything else other than type. Unfortunately my password was not working and I cannot hit the “Forgot my password” button. The only option I can reach is sign in or sign up which are the exact same pages. I would just make a new account every time but there is a little bit of money left over on my first account from my last laundry visit. You would think an app like this would either auto save passwords or at least make it easy to retrieve passwords since doing laundry is a infrequent task.

Please know that there is an Automatic Login option from the settings of the Shinepay app. Based on your description, it looks like the keyboard is blocking the rest of the portion of the app, we have a fix for this and we can also help if you wish to transfer your funds from one account to another.
