Literally Unusable

It wasn’t great before but at least could do some basic stuff like view lab results and manage my appointments. Now, I can’t even pass through the login page. It keeps spinning forever! At this point it’s just wasting space on my phone! Let’s hope the devs fix this.

Terrible.

I’ve had mostly good experiences and care from Allina but this app started bloody terrible and it’s not improved over several years. It never improves or if it does it’s incremental and then gets worse somehow. Big issues just scheduling with doctors I’ve seen before, and the module for seeing someone new is an even worse nightmare. Here’s a case where just an old fashion call beats what’s being offered here. Wonder how many hundreds of thousands of dollars Allina is spending to keep this garbage tech afloat? Pretty sad. It is 2024 guys. It is going to be 2025 in a short time and this? This is what you’re offering your patients? We live in the future, dummies catch up. It’s all enough to start shopping for a whole new set of clinics and hospitals.

App Update

Whatever the last update was it no longer opens for me. Before then I would have given it 5 stars but just ended up deleting it all together bc it doesn’t even open to the login screen. Click on the app it shows the Allina logo for a split second then closes.. every time.

New update killed the app

I will remove my review if this gets fixed but as of this past week when I updated the app it has not worked at all. It crashes anytime I try to open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and nothing fixes it.

Can somebody please fix this app? It’s so frustrating that every time I was opening the app I got a message saying I needed to update and then when I updated it it killed it!

It doesn’t work and you don’t provide any help or support

Update. Emailed them. Sent them a note. Tried to complain. Nothing. They don’t even bother to reply. Since it’s medical this is serious. What a horrible developer they should be ashamed of themselves.

I don’t know why I am not getting any contact to fix this. I see other people get a developer response when they say how wonderful it is. I have a serious problem how come I’m not getting a developer response.

How can I reinstall the older version. I am so upset I can’t get a hold of anybody to fix this. Nobody will get back to me. It does not work! And crash it won’t even open! This is outrageous and unacceptable.

Glitches

Almost all of my appointments are virtual and at least half the time there are glitches and my doctor ends up having to call me to continue the appointment. I have resorted to asking him to just call me right away at the beginning of the appointment now because the chances of glitches is so high. We lose valuable time and continuity. Also, sometimes it takes several tries to even log into the appointment and/or the app itself. The 50% time that the app works though, it’s great.

Slow/Often can’t load

I often have a hard time getting this app to open! It frequently says the server is unavailable or it can’t load the area I need “at this time.” But it’ll say that over and over again on different days and times.

Non-functional app

This app used to work ok, nothing special but still mostly functional. Now it’s just garbage. You can’t sign in. Even attempting to change your password is not intuitive and even when you get to the correct place it still doesn’t help. Your new or updated password still won’t work.

App disasters

I keep getting shut out. Spent at least 30 mins with Randy tonight; trying to change my password again! She was delightful
and worked through to get back into the system! The minute I hung I could not get in again. This has been going on since Dec. 6. I have had numerous failed logins and have tried to get it up and running, but to no avail. I was told inDec, that your system was changed and that there were bugs in it. I am going off your system! you can call me to schedule appointments.
