I’ve been with Allina for 10+ years, and I don’t know if I will continue with them anymore. I have to pay $49 to send a message to my doctor?!?!? That’s ridiculous! They don’t care about us anymore, just the money. If you can help it, do not use Allina for anything. They’re just another money stealing business, not even a service anymore

When the app works, it’s great! It shows records and medicines, appointments and all other things. But my app hasn’t worked for a few months past the log in page..

Doctors don't help they are better at killing and messing people up more don't trust these guys, don't say i didn't warn you. These are some of the least trust worthy people on the planet, no doctor has been trust worthy ever and thats facts. Topamax almost killed me and adderall damaged my vision and they expect me to trust them still. I refuse to take anymore medication from these sociopaths ever again. If i do die its because they let me die.

What gives?
Can’t log in
I updated to the latest version and now I can’t log in. Also, some time in the past year much of my history disappeared - doctors that I see and their notes, test results, etc, and much of that was recent history.
Do better Allina
This app has always had random malfunctions since I've had it. The mychart website is the same. Very slow & down load things correctly. I've been juggling between the app & website to try see my test results & it won't let me. Do better Allina!
App no longer works (iPad)
When I open the app I get a screen which says I must have an account with Allina along with a link taking me to the Allina website.

Worst tech team ever
The app has steadily degraded to now become completely unusable showing white text on light grey backgrounds making it unreadable.
This app used to be easy to use.
The website has not worked in well over two years with no fixes in sight and excuses and suggestions that don't make sense or don't apply, clearly just guesses.
Now the mobile app has fallen to the same poor quality.
Allina, this is not some small thing. You push peoply from phone calls, force us to use an unusable app for virtual visits because the website fails, and now this?? Do I really need to change health services-as well??

NEW UPDATE HORRIBLE
Terrible glitches with new update. No dates on appointment times, can’t see provider comments easily or appointment summaries. PLEASE FIX ASAP.
