New update bad
The latest update is making the app not work. The dates no longer show up for future or past appointments. Also it’s really hard to schedule an appointment through the app.. should be able to pick any practitioner- not just the ones you’ve seen in the past.

Loaded new version and it no longer puts dates on future appointments very frustrating when trying to schedule appointments and not being able to see in the future what are the other appointment you have scheduled. Also doesn’t put dates on past appointments so when you want to look back at some old record you don’t know which one you need to go to

App won’t let me log in, stated I entered in the incorrect password after updating the password.

What happened to do no harm? Trash. Nothing makes me angrier than thinking about the devs and execs in their yachts and golf courses while patients struggle to communicate or get vital info from this absolute paperweight of an app. No way to send or receive documents, miles of infinite scroll forms just to release info to your care teams, constant nag for updated app when there isn’t any, the promise of a watch app that doesn’t exist or is not available to install on the latest watch and watchOS. The list goes on and on. Considering getting a fax machine just so I don’t have to use this piece of crap as often!!!!!! Boo to this app me no likey

App doesn’t load
Constant loading sign, and then logs me out right away- downloaded for a virtual visit, but it won’t be able to work.
Keeps saying update
Every time I go to this app it says there is an update. I press update now, it goes to App Store, but there is no update. It updated 1 Wk ago and has been doing this ever since.
Calendar
I use the app to refill prescriptions, add appointments to my phone calendar, and message my doctors primarily. I’ve already emailed regarding the app closing me out while writing a message to a doctor forcing me to rewrite from the start. Now I can’t seem to add scheduling events to my phones calendar from the app using the button/feature either. I used to depend on that both for reminders and because that calendar is automatically shared with my spouse.
