They canceled my cancer screening multiple times, I think I have stage 3 cancer. They won’t even honor appointments with my full insurance. I have never been treated this unprofessional by any medical establishment

Terrible app; never functions appropriately
Scheduling? Access? Communication?
All of the things that I was supposed to do … it doesn’t work for me I’m not ever able to schedule because the options don’t match what I’m scheduling for and my doctor doesn’t come up I can’t schedule a psychiatry I don’t have access to any of my charts files or anything and communication is lagging I can’t start a new conversation with my doctor and it takes forever for him to get back to me it’s short and impersonal
The app is the most frustrating thing that I have been experiencing in my most recent life… The only thing it’s good for is to remember when I scheduled my appointments for other than that it pisses me off and I looked at the ratings and other reviews makes sense if you’re going to do some thing and create an app make it at least functionable for everybody before you release it otherwise you will lose a lot of customers.

Worked, then didn’t
The app worked super well for me until a month ago when it started glitching and closing the app every time I tried to read a message from my doctor… fix please.
Face ID
Logging in with face ID suddenly stopped working today. Might as well just use the internet to go into this, at least everything usually works there....

The updated version doesn’t apparently allow you to log-in with a passcode anymore and you must enter your password each time 😠
“To do” button doesn’t work
The “to do” button doesn’t work anymore. I’ve been trying for months
Only used this for appointment calls and now....
Is there any point to actually owning this app now that I have to download a second app for video calls with my dr to work? It was fine with in-app calls 4 months ago why did that have to change? Everything else is exactly the same as the website anyway
To Do on app not working
Every time I launch the app, I see two notifications on To Do. When I select that, something is trying to load but never does. Please fix. Thank you.

Not sure why you have an app that shows billing statements but doesn’t have a bill pay function? this app needs some serious updating.
