Cannot login to app,” Tap anywhere to unlock “ then facial recognition unlocks only to revert to blank screen. When will SyncroMSP devote some engineers to make this app worthwhile. It has never been very useful but at least I could open a ticket and then finish it later when back in office. Other RMMs offer something useful, meaningful and even remote control from mobile devices. Since SyncroMSP is using Splashtop this should be easy.

Does not work
Just doesn’t work. Sad we pay this much for app that doesn’t work.
App has always been flakey but now useless
App just locks and blanks out the screen now (tap anywhere to unlock). Ok, you unlock it and “flash” the screen goes blank and you just stay in this loop over and over.
I would gladly settle for less functionality if I simply had a basic interface to troubleshoot systems when I’m not readily near my laptop. Simply put - do less UNTIL you do it consistently well, then add small increments of functions. But as it is, you’ve got a steaming pile of poo!

Broken…
App is no longer working, gets stuck in a login loop, it authenticates but then crashes back to the face recognition. It’s never been a great app functionality wise, but now it’s unusable.
Doesn’t work on latest
Application currently does not function with iOS 16.1 or iOS 16.2 beta2. I know it’s a beta, but the functional means of logging into the app (face recognition) is broken. Testing the application for functionality bugs, of course, is impossible.
Can’t Create Tickets in v2.1.14
Since this new update you can longer create tickets within the app. After 10 days of back and forth with support, they finally confirmed that this is a bug and they there is no ETA to fix this 🤦♂️

Terrible app
As a long time SyncroMSP user, I must say the app is useless. My assets are listed as offline and slow to load. One thing I miss about Pulseway is the mobile app….
Pretty good
The only thing this app is missing is a tab for Reminders.
Needs an update
Loads to blank white screen if opened already. Need to force quit the app and reopen constantly.
