Just like our bodies, this app needs some tweaks
Would it be possible to adjust this app so that it can function in landscape view? My iPad stand only works in landscape view so it is awkward and cumbersome to go from portrait (when choosing a video) and then to landscape (when performing the exercises). Also, when arriving on the first landing page, you are asked to put in your email and the automatic caps lock is on—maybe disable that function as most emails would start with a lower case letter.
On a final note, Melt has helped me so much, it cannot be understated. If the ease-of-use aspect of the app could be improved it would be simply wonderful.

App is a Nightmare
I restarted my subscription when I saw that there was an updated app. I already regret it. I would have preferred to keep the old, clunky app where at least I could log in consistently and actually see the videos without all of the nonsense about who else is taking the class. (They’re prerecorded stretching classes, why on earth would we need a leaderboard?)

Horrible log in experience
It is a very frustrating experience have to enter my email address to then go to the page where I am to enter my login credentials, neither of which seem to allow “remember me” options.
New app is a huge step back
New app is terrible. I work in tech and understand how these things work and I’ve had to go back and forth with support several times to get my long time account ti work with the new app. Terrible use experience for what has been a program I’ve loved for years. Please fix this and give us back and app with a smooth log in experience.

Highly recommend!
MELT Method is amazing! There’s a MELT technique for anything that ails you. You can enter a key word and search for a body part that needs special attention. I highly recommend this app!
Glitchy, frustrating, has me considering cancelling subscription
The content in this app is invaluable to me. Accessing it is a nightmare. Sign-in doesn’t always work, and once it finally does the app randomly and repeatedly signs me out at whim. Furthermore, the app no longer opens on my appletv device. MELT is helpful to me, yet I find myself doing it less because I hate this glitchy app. These issues would be annoying yet dismissible if this were free content, however they are inexcusable as I pay a decent amount for a yearly subscription. Please fix. You’re SO much better than this.

Awful
This app is terrible. It takes forever to log in and I don’t know what the old version is like but this new one is hard to navigate at best. Such a disappointment
Nice program, horrible app
I love melt. But the app is so bad. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. I have to log in several times before it gives me access to the exercises. I’m hopeful I can find a better way to use the program because it really is helpful for pain management but the technology makes it not really worth it.

Terrible Reviews are Spot-on
Melt Method is wonderful the App is actually an obstacle to using it. the previous app was usable. I used it everyday. I have gone months not using the new app because it is so hard to set up to mirror on my TV now, that alone can eat 20 minutes (it was easy before), I have to log-in sideways if I use my IPAD, I have to remember to copy-paste my password because I had to log-in each time and the app doesn’t remember me and the apple keychain does not work here. Many issues. Disappointing. I have contacted customer service, and they were kind, but there have been no changes. There are other issues, but they know about them and have not changed anything.

Terrible new upgrade
I have been doing MELT for years and pay for a yearly membership. The old app was not great but I had favorites saved and it was usable. The new app is frustrating and poorly designed. Signing in is cumbersome. There isn’t a search bar. I hate that it is interactive and that a screen pops up telling me how other people are doing. I just want access to a handful of videos and be able to find them easily. Now I can’t even favorite them. So irritated that I’m considering canceling.
