I’m so thankful
Im so grateful this hyper-mobility/EDS community app has been developed. It’s a safe place with like-bodied and like-minded people that are so helpful. It offers such diversity. I love the community chats, the classes, programs, lectures….it’s the real, full deal.Game changer for me
Recently diagnosed with hEDS. Had years of getting injured doing workouts and not improving in Pt. Jeannie DiBonne helps me understand why. Her workouts are actually working for me. I thought it would be slow and boring, but I actually feel better and have a “good hurt” with her explanations and guidance. I wish my pts and fitness trainers would study her. She’s taught me to go low and slow. That the breath is the core stabilizer. That proprioceptive exercises help my body understand how it’s supposed to move. I’m finally getting the instruction book for what works to get my body moving properly now. Would recommend this app to anyone who has no clue what to do after a hyper-mobile diagnosis. Worth every penny. The community is incredibly helpful too!I had all but given up on exercise
I have a dozen different pain related diagnoses. I had all but given up on exercise since it inevitably caused a pain flare. I have had this app for a month or more and the exercises are easy to do and don’t hurt. She even has things that you can do to help with sleep. There’s a forum to talk with other EDSers. It’s just a phenomenal app. If you’re hypermobile you need this app.
