Description of The Zebra Club

The Zebra Club was set up in 2019 by Jeannie Di Bon, an internationally recognised movement therapist for hypermobility. Jeannie has hEDS, POTS, MCAS and chronic fatigue herself. Together with her 16 years of clinical experience working with the hypermobility community plus her lifelong personal experience of living with several chronic conditions, Jeannie wanted to create a solution to help the community. The Zebra Club has been assessed by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps (ORCHA) - the world's number one technology provider for delivering safe digital health. We are proud that we passed our assessment with flying colours and are now approved on the ORCHA database. You are in safe hands at The Zebra Club. Jeannie has thoughtfully created a comprehensive programme in The Zebra Club with three main pillars : Movement, Community and Education. - Movement is safely designed to cater for diverse requirements of these chronic conditions. - Community - a unique community where you will discover support, positivity and advice from people with similar conditions all over the world - Education - join monthly live events with THE best EDS / HSD experts in the world. Unique opportunities to actually speak to these experts from the comfort of your own home. We are a friendly and supportive community for people around the world living with chronic pain caused by Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility. Here we will guide you through a journey of safe rehabilitation and exercise, so you can live your best life every day. Your journey begins with a series of foundational sessions that set you up for success. Immerse yourself in the growing suite of classes designed and taught by Jeannie using her proven Integral Movement Method for hypermobility. Reviews of The Zebra Club

  • I’m so thankful

Im so grateful this hyper-mobility/EDS community app has been developed. It’s a safe place with like-bodied and like-minded people that are so helpful. It offers such diversity. I love the community chats, the classes, programs, lectures….it’s the real, full deal.
  • Game changer for me

Recently diagnosed with hEDS. Had years of getting injured doing workouts and not improving in Pt. Jeannie DiBonne helps me understand why. Her workouts are actually working for me. I thought it would be slow and boring, but I actually feel better and have a “good hurt” with her explanations and guidance. I wish my pts and fitness trainers would study her. She’s taught me to go low and slow. That the breath is the core stabilizer. That proprioceptive exercises help my body understand how it’s supposed to move. I’m finally getting the instruction book for what works to get my body moving properly now. Would recommend this app to anyone who has no clue what to do after a hyper-mobile diagnosis. Worth every penny. The community is incredibly helpful too!
  • I had all but given up on exercise

I have a dozen different pain related diagnoses. I had all but given up on exercise since it inevitably caused a pain flare. I have had this app for a month or more and the exercises are easy to do and don’t hurt. She even has things that you can do to help with sleep. There’s a forum to talk with other EDSers. It’s just a phenomenal app. If you’re hypermobile you need this app.
