Ruined the rewards program
Totally wrecked the rewards program. Not many people have time to deal with the way it’s set up now. I’ve been using the other local convenience store since the change, no easy easy way to get the rewards so just as well shop somewhere that carries items that you like and they don’t get rid of after a month for stuff no one buys

My Jacksons experience
Every time I go into Jacksons, it’s a five star experience. Great service great bananas always go in there for the Dr Pepper. They’re the only place besides Wendy’s that I buy Dr Pepper from because it taste that good
AWESOME employees!
I work close to the Franklin exit in Nampa Idaho. I go into the store 3-4 times a week. I have always had excellent customer service from the crew that works there. One staff member, Linda, always is very cheerful and friendly when I go in the store. They have a awesome team that work in this location and it is always very clean.

Manager Lynette is the Best!
I just love stopping by everyday for soda and snacks. Lynette is most likely the very best manager at any Jackson’s location! Smart, personable, and loves people.

App is junk
Half the time it doesn’t work at the stores and if you forget your password don’t plan on resetting it at the store, a day later and I’m still waiting on the email to reset my password. Bring back the rewards card!
App is a Joke
Jackson said as long as your information was current in the old rewards systems, you would not lose anything points or you pinch cards. I cannot login with my old account. I attempted to reset my password, never got a reset email password. Did it 5 times. Contact Jackson’s, no response.
