New app forgets accounts but can’t create new one
They sent out lots of email saying to download the new app. With the new app, it makes me log in but fails to send password reset links. Creating a new accounts, it just displays error:

Http failure response for (unknown url): -1

So, the new app can’t reset passwords or create accounts.

Rewards Not Working in Updated App
After updating the app, and trying to redeem and use points and then scanning at the counter I am not receiving the rewards. Points are given but not redeemable. App maybe has a bug or still needs attention.

Best Rewards Out There
Jacksons rewards is right up there with Fred Meyers rewards. Redeeming points is so easy and the rebates on alcohol happen almost instantly. 10/10 would recommend!

I go to Jackson’s almost everyday. I like to get my soda. The store is very close to my house.
The people there are always so nice and very friendly. I like using my rewards.

Shannon, John, Sam and Shayna are awesome! They are always friendly and smiling. Visit this store at least 3 times a week and always have a positive experience.
