Brighter colors and cleaner bathrooms
So Jackson’s are everywhere and I like using them because of some of their benefits. I also like using another competitor because they keep their bathrooms cleaner and they have brighter colors. If you gave your employees more time off and lunch brakes, I think their attitude would be better at the Jackson’s stores throughout this state.

As an employee,don’t work
As an employee of the company this dose not work for me. I have a card and won’t let me hook it up. Guess just one more thing this company dose not care about.
Tried 8 times to link my card but guess I don’t get any of these deals I have to get a new account. Guess this gold card means nothing

Wow, what a pain!
Downloaded the app to use one of the digital rebate discounts- didn’t even work! Had the employee look at it & walk me through the process, and even he couldn’t sort it out. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Not working at all
Wish I could say more, but upon first time installing the app, then second time, the app crashes after a minute on the splash screen. Can’t even use the app at all, don’t know what it looks like.

Fun and people are kind
I downloaded this app got a free monster. Johnny told me about the app I am glad he did. I personally love the app easy to use. I am glad that Jackson’s has good people working there

Bugs
I don’t have this problem often but once in a while my app doesn’t always give me my stars or fills up my punch cards. Also have a punch card that hasn’t emptied since around sometime earlier this year.

Let me use my card number to login
My main card I use isn’t connected to my phone number and now I cant access it in the app. I like being able to see my coupons and punch cards.

Unable to log in
The app signed me out and now when I enter my information it tells me invalid info and won’t let me reset my pin.

App won't even work
After typing in my card number, last name, and PIN, I can't sign in. When I touch the sign in button, the keyboard closes and the screen scrolls up so I can no longer see the sign in button and I don't get signed in. Nothing I do can get me signed in. Rewards program is fine, I use it all the time, but the app has serious issues.

Won’t work
The app won’t accept my PIN number but on the website it accepts it just fine.
