Needs wallet capability
This is a great app with many benefits that come along with the Jackson’s reward card. A recommendation that would speed up transactions would be to allow access for the card in the wallet app on iPhone.nugunslinger
Unusable on my phone
On the opening screen, if I try to enter a card number, the view scrolls so that the Submit button is covered by the keyboard. If I choose 'Forgot card number', the app prompts me for my phone number, then crashes.KickahaOta
Clunky but works
The app UI and functionality is pretty rough and clunky but it works fine. One suggestion I have would be the ability to add card to Apple Wallet.SeaboundAvian

Everything is great, except no where does it say what rewards I can get! It says I start getting stuff at 25 stars - I currently have 48 and no idea how to spend them or what I even can spend them on??!!!??Triina M
Can't even enter card number

Pin never works on the app
This app continuously says my card pin is incorrect. The same information works on the website though. Please fix this issueChopsg09
