Can't even enter card number
Nifty to have since it's where I go for work during breaks but I can not enter the card number
Pin never works on the app
This app continuously says my card pin is incorrect. The same information works on the website though. Please fix this issue

Why does this request microphone access? Absolutely unacceptable.
Cannot set up app
I literally just got this app and the area to enter my card number is covered up so I have no idea if it acknowledges the entry of my card number. Absolutely nothing happens once I click the card entry field and have entered my card number, and I have to close the app.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't matter.
Poor design.

Logs you out every time you close app
I understand this is new, hopefully you’ll work it out.
1. Logs you out after each use 👎🏼
2. Employees really don’t understand the app👎🏼
3. You must select 2 options at the register after telling employee you have rewards phone app 👎🏼
4. Barcode must be scanned in a specific order, or employee has been to void transaction and start over. 👎🏼
At this point it’s not worth holding up other customers in a hurry. It’s very frustrating to use.

Can't get passed the main page
It's stuck on the number key pad when it prompts to enter the red card number. Can't get out of it tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling.
Difficult to access app.
I like being able to have a rewards card on my phone instead of carrying a keychain or card. But it is cumbersome and clunky to use in the store due to separate log in screen followed by a pin screen.
I can literally access sensitive banking information faster and easier than my soft drink rewards. Please improve the initialization process for this app.

Trash program
A joke for a rewards program. Don't bother. Seriously, how sparse and lame the rewards are. Get the 7/11 one, much better. Two stars cause I guess app worked ok, did crash out within five minutes of use.
