  • App doesn’t work - maybe fake?

    Don’t bother - app doesn’t know recognize user, even after log in. App doesn’t allow picking other locations, or you can pick and then it reverts back to home location. App doesn’t remember login info. I’m worried this was a fake app collecting password and credit card info. Best to skip and call directly to the location.

    We are sorry that you had difficulty with your login. This is not a fake application. There is a new version of the application. Please delete the app and reinstall. If you are still having issues, please contact your home retreat and have them verify your online credentials.
  • Dishonest

    Can’t cancel your charges after a year you signed in for. They always claim they haven’t heard your cancellation. So my credit card doesn’t cancel either.

    If you need any changes made to your membership or recurring charges, please contact your home retreat and they will be happy to assist you with your account.

    You can’t book appointments, it doesn’t register your membership, you can’t add elevations, and the website is also no help.

  • App can’t even tell I HAVE a membership

    Logged in with my correct email and personal info and I can’t book in the app because it can’t tell I’m a member. So ridiculous.

    Please call your home retreat where you purchased your membership. More than likely you have multiple profiles in the system. They can merge your profiles and make sure your membership is connected to the online account you setup.
  • Once something is fixed, another breaks

    There is ALWAYS something wrong with at least one element of this app. Right now it’s that they still take 120 minute massages but the app only allows to schedule 90. So although the app should make it convenient to schedule and not have to call, it’s NOT.
  • Updating: works clearly

    Helpful app, tho I wish you could more easily alter location to see if the desired service was available at a better time. Currently, you must select your location first.

    John, we are sorry that you are having some issues with the location selection. If you are just coming to the app for the first time, the very first thing it should have you do is select a location. Otherwise, if you are already logged in, you will see a drop down in the top left hand corner where you can select or change your location. If you allow it to access your location, it will provide you a list in order of distance. Or you can manually enter your zip code as well. We hope this helps.
  • Cannot Update Payment Info for Expired Card

    If your card on file has expired, you cannot:
    - Delete it to replace it with a new card
    - Edit it to change the expiration date/ CVV
    - Add the new version of the card with the revised expiration date as a new payment method because “the card already exists in the account.”

    You are making it impossible for me to pay you.

  • Doesn’t work with local locations

    If you sign up in a location this app won’t connect to your account. You have to download this app and create an account here, then tell your location what your account is. I signed up in-store and now nothing connects so I cannot order anything through the app or I’ll pay full price without any member benefits.

    I tried to contact them to fix this, but they don’t have customer service. They tell me to visit a local branch, but the local branch doesn’t have access to the app database because the kids who work there aren’t app database experts.

    So now I have an account I can’t use and an app I can’t use, and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet as a customer. I’m quitting and deleting the app since this company is disorganized and the onboarding experience as a customer was horrible.

  • Nearly unusable

    Once you start trying to book an appointment there is no way to go back to the main menu. You have to swipe the app closed. Very poor interface

    One of a few reasons I’ll be dropping my membership.
  • Bring back the old version

    The new app released in July 2022 is awful. Not only does it crash or hang up constantly, the 2-hr massage option isn’t even available now, rendering this app completely useless for booking. Please fix this! I shouldn’t have to call the facility directly to book a 2-hr massage, but low and behold, that’s what I have to do now.

    Thank you for the feedback. The bug has been fixed and will be released in an update within the next 48 hours. And we have just added in the 2-hr massage service to be able to book online and through the mobile app for your future bookings.
