I’ve been a member for years. Despite several requests for help, I’ve never been able to see my membership or available credits. I can’t book appointments with credits online. There is no contact information for support, just a note to go to your home retreat. No one there is trained in technical support. The app is completely worthless for me.Show lessktr789456124
Clunky app, little information.
I have a membership. When I try to find out how many massages are available or specific payment info, nada. I can make an appointment, but is always easier to call. This app really doesn’t do anything except stress me out, which requires a massage....

App is unreadable
The scaling on the app is so awful, I can’t read it. The text is huge and cuts off parts of the words, especially when choosing a time, I have to guess. App support is no help, and “contact us” on the website takes me nowhere. This app “used” to work fine. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no fix. Cannot even use
When trying to book appointment, the choose retreat button doesn’t work. No way to move forward. This app is always buggy.sour cherry
What happened to the skin care appointment option??
I go to massage heights for my facials and only facials. It’s a bit disappointing that you can no long make skin care appointments only massage appointments. I loved the convenience of quickly making appointments via the app but for some reason that feature is no where to be found.jsf7317
Great massages, not so great app experience
I became a member last month and there were two accounts under my name in the past, but they used different emails anyway. I asked our local store staff to merge my accounts (which they did) but when I try to register/login in the app it sends me a one-time code and then says there are multiple accounts with my email and asks to enter a new email address. Can’t Link Membership
I’m a longtime member of MH and would have loved to use the app. I can’t see where I can associate my membership to the app. Guess I’ll keep calling my retreat to book instead and delete the app again.MegumiFuu
Online booking
I have been a long time member at massage heights and have been quite satisfied. However, the demand for my credit card information while I have already prepaid for the service is irritating and angering. I have no intention of complying with a request that is due to the failure of your IT department to differentiate between logged in active members and non-members. So many glitches
I love to have an app to check open appointments, but this app has so many glitches it’s annoying to work with. Today it is only letting me book appointments in Seattle, when I live in San Diego. Also it will often show appointment times, and when I try to select something specific, like female therapist, it will say no appointments, but then book me with a female anyway.Show lessLpags
