Update is horrible
Ever since the update my app WILL NOT WORK. It just freezes as soon as I open it. So I tried to book on the website and even though I got a confirmation they didn’t have my appointment when I went in for my massage. Horrible since the update, I had no issues beforeDeveloper Response

Installed update and now app is not functional at all. It hangs with the spinning wheel of death on the ‘rate your experience’ with your last appointment page and can’t move past it no matter what I try.App no longer works after update release
I loved the older version of the app - it worked perfectly for me to schedule appts, etc. Since last week’s release, the app is completely unusable. I get just the spinning loading icon, and am not able to access anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling 3x, but nothing changes. There is no way to contact support on the app, it just takes you to a page to contact your local retreat - but they can’t resolve this issue. Please fix :-)Show lessDeveloper Response

The app will not go pass the rating of the masseuse after the latest update. It was working fine up till this update.App Locks Up
The app has a fundamental glitch where it locks up as it’s opening. I can see a pop up that is requesting a review on my last service but I just get a spinning wheel. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still get the same issue. The app has been rendered completely useless. Please fix it!!Is always Frozen
The app was okay but now no matter if I delete and reinstall the app the spinning wheel of death pops up and doesn't allow me to navigate anywhere. This company is so antiquated. I'll follow my masseuse to the ends of the earth though so here I'll stay for now.was great until they changed it
I’m getting really tired of companies that change everything to rebrand or relogo stuff every couple of months, and then need to rebuild apps, websites, issue new cards, etc. It’s a pain for the customers. I only book through the app, and now since they’ve redone the logo to an ugly squid looking thing, it freezes up my (new, fully updated) phone, and is unusable. Before this change, the app was great. The only thing I didn't like is that it wouldn’t tell you who your past appointments were with, which is a nice feature to have if you get someone new and want to remember or rebook with them. Maybe this newer version does that, but I’ll never know, bc it doesn’t work at all.Show lessDeveloper Response

The new app locks up. After the pop up to rate my last visit, which was great, the app lock locks up with a buffering icon in the middle screen. I have an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice. It continues to lock after logging in.Developer Response

One expected feature that is oddly absent from both the app and the website account is the ability to see a running total of your membership credits, when they accumulated and when they were used. Also, basic things just like receipts for services or membership dues - nowhere to be found.
Also the app is kind of slow and clunky for scheduling appointments. The UI in general is not very intuitive and there are useless features instead of useful ones.Show less
