Semu-functional app
The UI in this app isnt done well (buttons overlapping each other on iPhoneX, can’t click on certain areas of the app as parts of the screen covering other parts, etc).
Cant select a date and then select therapist (and vice versa) - missing some very core features.attt444
Can’t even sign up
It won’t even let me put in my email to have the password sent to me. A pop up says “something went wrong”Asimonrdh
Never Works
This app never works. It allows me to choose my kind of massage, which therapist, and which day / time, but when I go to book it it never books. This would be really convenient if it worked. I hope this gets fixed.GabriellaML

Very disappointed
I logged into my account using the app but was getting an error, so I logged off.
When I tried to log back in, it said a new password would be sent to my email, which happened quickly.
But then, there is no place on the app where I can change the password!!!!
And I’m trying to book a free massage using my membership credits, but I’m being asked to save a credit card?!?! I will not give my credit card info on such a poor app!! But now I can’t even use the app to book?
What’s the point of the app then?

Can’t even get app to create account. I filled in name, sex, email and phone number but it wants all fields filled out. I did. FAIL.TAbbyOfghyccbhh
Won't let me change location
I use the flower mound location, and would love to be able to book online. It seems like half the time I call to schedule they are having issues with the schedule. However, the app only shows appointments for Southlake, and when I go to change locations the app just closes. Hope they can fix it.Please buy it
Works better now
The severe bugs that existed in a previous version of this app have been fixed.
It now allows you to find locations and book service. If you purchased a membership, it shows the number of remaining credits included with your membership.Uncle-T
Fast and Easy
I am so thankful Massage Heights has taken the time to up their game and created an app to book appointments 😊 I can sit at work, on my ride to into town or anywhere and book an appointment. I can request my favorite therapist and find out exactly what is open to fit my schedule without having to call.Show lessHahuber
