App problems
I have an iphone and am trying to create an account for the first time. When I click “send code” I enter the details but my iphone keyboard will not go away for me to press submit. I went online to try to create a profile but don’t even see an option for that. Trying to use the technology but the app/online quirks are making this very difficultShow lessModest1
Very buggy lately
After the previous update, continuously got ‘Internal Server Error’ message and Appointment history would not load (just get the spinning wheel).
Now, while the above issue is fixed, when trying to book an appointment, it puts me in a geographical location other than where I am (Seattle vs Houston) and nothing happens when I tap ‘Select Retreat.’Show lessChi Chi Gonzales
Why require credit card info?
I’ve been a. Massage Heights customer for several years now, and I pay a monthly membership. After each massage I pay (with my credit card on file) for any amount that isn’t covered by my membership credits and then schedule my next massage. I’m never asked to pre-pay for the next appointment.
I downloaded the app and tried to use it to change my next appointment, because I had a scheduling conflict. I was able to cancel the existing appointment, but I on trying to schedule the new date and time I was prompted to enter my credit card details. This didn’t make sense to me because the app said I had enough credits to cover the appointment, plus Massage Heights already has a credit card ‘on file’ for me and I’ve never had to pre-pay before. I feel my credit card is safer from being compromised the les#i have to give the details, so it just seems dumb for the app to require credit and details to change my appointment.Show lessI am your customer
No support
I had an issue during account creation. As a result, I see nothing on the screen regarding my account. I sent email messages to support twice with NO results. I want to like this app, but have not been able to use it for anything. The app is a big failure and the developer is non-responsive.anthonynorem

I way to associate my subscription
Ok, finally. Welcome to 2010 by having an app, but unfortunately already behind the curve. Now that I am signed up, there is no way to associate my membership to my account, so upon booking I am presented a full price, instead of my membership price. Nowhere to get help either. So...I am now forced to call, making the app useless to me, despite the identifiers that can easily connect me to my membership- name, email or phone number. Obviously MH doesn’t have the integrations necessary to connect the dots (app and CRM). This shows a big tech naïveté, and gap with a brand like Massage Envy. I simply go to Massage Heights because it’s 0.3 miles from my house, but these little frustrations will make me think otherwise.
What the brand should do is adopt Conversational Commerce. Offer members ability to book therapist of choice and ability to book via Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, Alexa, Facebook Messenger, Google Home, WhatsApp, and more. No need to visit a site, call or use an app. Frictionless, less cost to your company and deeply integrates into your enterprise systems. One step forward, one step back.
The good news is they are finally listening! Before this last update, it was nearly impossible to book an appointment with the therapist you wanted unless it was same-day because the app wouldn’t let you choose said therapist if they weren’t working on that day. That’s been fixed but now they took away the ability for you to see your account and how many services and elevations you have available. For people like me who are trying to catch up, this is a step backwards as I can’t see what I’ve paid for now. For the future make decisions with forward moving purpose.
