Great product TERRIBLE app
As far as im concerned this could be one of the best products out there HOWEVER, its app is truly TERRIBLE. It is not user friendly. Fails more than it works. Unstable. Like i said a TERRIBLE app. The app is so bad it almost makes having a very well made camera pointless. App has gotten progressively worse over time.
I rate the camera itself a 4 but gave a 1 for an overall rating because of what is mentioned above. I would mention all the issues with the app but it would seriously take longer than its worth.Show lessIleddog
It’s okay.
The entire product in clouding the app is okay. I’m not to please with how much you can see with the camera. My app seems to crash a lot more these days and I’m having trouble connecting my doorbell. I do like the night vision tho you can see what going on at night with the night vision but I had to give it an all around 3.Show lessgdfvbj
Save my password
Really enjoy everything about the product. The app on the other hand requires a login every day. Can we not just save that ? There is the technology if that is fixed 5 starsjbyoung74
Log in problem
I am also having problems as others are having with log in screen saving password. Please update app so I do not have to log in every time even though I use Face ID on iphoneViper6624
Forced to login everyday
It’s like a lot of the reviews say RCA needs to fix the logging in everyday issue. Even with Touch ID, Face ID, and Save Password set your required to enter the app password making the option completely useless to set.

Security app
I like that I can view the cameras from my phone. But the notifications don’t work and viewing more than one camera at a time it doesn’t always let you see the first 4 so it will pull up one that has no camera connected. Hope they can fix these things.123mrk
Needs updates
The tools are modest however they are easy to use and find.
There’s a bug that needs squashing. I currently have to log in twice-each time i open the app. Path. log in via iPhone (iOS 13.3) using Touch ID, the app asks for email and PW. I quit the app, log in again with Touch ID logs into the app.

Unstable/slow load
App could be improved by increasing the speed of the video loading time, sometimes loads quickly, other times does not fully load but pauses at 90% or less and then have to close app and reopen. Also when on home view and press video history the app will often crash and close. Good functionality when works properly. Please continue to work on upgrading.Show less5gcat
Love the App, needs an iPad-optimized version
Love this App, works great on my iPhone!
I also use it on the iPad, but it is not an iPad-Native App, just running the iPhone version which doesn’t give full-screen view and often messes up the on-screen overlays.
Would really like to see an iPad-native App version!!chas_man
Keeps login out!!
Since the last update it jus keeps login me off!! This makes no sense how are you suppose to answer the doorbell when you have to login every time!442rocket
