Doesn’t work , no stars
My door bell unit just blinks red on and off. I followed directions and pushed the door bell button then held the reset button until it lit blue. The unit never rebooted like it said, just blinks red on and off. So frustrated with getting new things and they turn out to be junkcindyr109
Please fix known issues.

Works well, a wee bit fiddly to set up but once done it works a treat. It is not instant and takes a 5-6 seconds for camera feed to come to your phone but that’s not bad if you are sitting on a beach in Spain. I really like the app and I paired it with a fleureon bell off eBay.JohnnyPharm
No Notifications!
The iCloud storage function doesn’t store any videos when a motion is detected. The SD card works. I got two, but only one of the SD cards worked. It streams the video feed fine. I can record the stream and take a picture using the app which is nice. But that only works if I am on the app. The app also records the feed and I can go back to look at it MANUALLY, it would be nice if it was stored automatically with the motion sense. It set up easily with an Apple device, but expect to have some difficulties with a Samsung device. The most important feature that does not work for the app and camera, is that I cannot receive notifications!! Please improve the app with these things in mind. Notifications are the most important feature. I have notifications turned on for the app in my phone’s settings, and on the app itself. I have also read the instructions many times. I also have the ToSee camera, and it works wonderfully. I just wish that this one (Ubell) could record automatically in the SD card or cloud storage pictures or videos and notify me when it detects motion sense.

Waste of time
This is the most frustrating piece of junk I’ve had to work with does not pair with phone doesn’t do anything the instructions say don’t get it!!! I did not want to put a star on the rating but had to that’s how frustrated I am!SweetLayy22
Not able to disable extern chime
Good product, but I would like an option to disable the chime when the button is pressed. (Or less loud chime)

Works but got tons of flaws
Was able to set up and pair
But Cannot access cloud storage when you have cloud turned on
Can not access the SD card storage as it does not read it when you switch from cloud
Wish it gave you a choice to just write to iPhone but it does not except for manual pics and vids
So yes it Can take Manual pics and vids but who wants to baby sit this and trigger a video when needed

Settings change for no reason
Would be good if you can debug and address cloud and SD storage so you can access what is recorded
Once for unknown reasons the cloud actually was reached and saw the stored videos

Do not get this app!!!!
This item is a piece of crap. It doesn’t pair with WiFi or the camera. The instructions are different than what you see on the app while setting it up. Why do you need batteries if unit is hardwire to 24 volt. The unit is speaking Chinese (mandarin), how can you change it to English?RobC2010
Revised review
I am getting UBell notifications on my IOS devices, and my ubell is not powered up. In fact, the batteries are in the charger. This is extremely annoying to say the least. The ‘app support’ link takes me to a blank web page, so don’t expect any support from the developer. This is a FAILED product in my opinion.Show lesss_albrecht
UBell Failed to connect
Tried getting the doorbell cam to connect to a wireless network for hours and it failed to connect every time. Without this pairing the device is useless. I can’t contact anyone for support either, which is even worse.L8 L
