notifications no longer work properly
Used to work fine but since recent updates, notification finally arrives at the phone after 15-20 seconds but it doesn't ring the phone anymore. So unless you happen to notice the notification, you miss the doorbell. Have tried it with several iphones and all notification options all with the same result.Show lessmedhead42
What is going on!?!
I keep getting notifications saying my device has been pulled out!?! I woke up this morning to find 70+ notifications which kept coming through my phone.
This is outrageous, I’m getting rid of this device its ridiculous.tg89x

Pretty average app. Notifications are a joke. Really need to be able to set notifications when someone rings the bell. All round you get what you pay for but yeah. Would recommend getting a Ring doorbell or something else you can setup better.Mark_0056
No longer rings our Iphone 11 phones
We have tried everything we can and still the doorbell will no longer ring our Iphone 11 phones and, the PIR does not work either to ring our phones.
We get video stream ok as well as voice but nothing more.
Well, we are fed up with this issue now. Time to put them in the trash.cobtree
Bell notification no sound options
App works fine, but you cannot select the tone for the notification, whereas before you got a audible tone, now you just get one to quick sound and thats it...defeats the purpose of a 🛎Hummer76
Notifications showing in English and Chinese
Although I have selected English as the preferred language, I am receiving notifications in both English and Chinese. Very annoying since I chose English only. I have tried to change on app but no success. This bug needs to be fixed right away.Yovi07
UBell Doorbell - Thumbs Down
Same as previous review. No notification received so no good for security. Try and use the App Help and the Safari page doesn’t exist! Useless and a waste of my money!!!faaarrrkkk

Installed it last night, and still don’t get to know when someone’s at the door as it doesn’t send notification like what it says it does. Total waste of money!unsatisfied buyer!
