It often doesn’t ring through to my phone
I bought 2 of these doorbells and still haven’t put 1 on my front door as it is so unreliable. I bought it to use for my back gate to let me know when customers are there to come to my salon but most of the time it doesn’t work which makes me look very unprofessional. I will be looking into a ring doorbell. It looks good and when it works it’s great but some work seriously needs to be done to improve the app.Show lessMichelleGhumania
Trouble after replacing batteries
I bought batteries and charged them then placed the batteries in the doorbell. Now the app is asking for a password. I can not remember setting up the doorbell with a password originally. How can I reset the password?? I can’t find anywhere to ask questions about the doorbell.Bubbles 00000000
Total Garbage
App no longer sends notification to iPhone 11. When are you going to fix this. My aunex cameras are useless without notifications. Recent software updates fix nothing. What other app can be used with the aunex cameras.CheeseBlaster
Mixed Bag
The video quality is good for the price of the camera but you can’t get support if you need it. The support link is broken. My cloud recordings have stopped working and now I shave no way to get support.Greanjubba
UBell doesn’t not have call in option
My UBell doesn’t not have call in option anymore but it use to until a day ago could you tell my why it changed now please because I need the call in option back on the app to work again thank youlyshondabrown

This app stinks
Just purchased a zetronix s2 camera and this was the app selected to operate the camera. It was difficult to setup and has the most annoying features including the “ding dong” alerts for motion detection. Can’t seem to view any recorded videos, just get the spinning wheel. Zetronix didn’t think about this one when selecting the software for their product. Don’t buy this camera or use this software with any other camera.Show lessrbottone
Notification is annoying
The notification sound is a door bell. I hate because it sounds just like my door bell. Every time it goes off my husband heads to the door. Change the notification sound please!Look So Real Reborns
Ubell
Hi I was wondering if you could reply with the voltage that the ubell uses for hard wired power connection ? Is it able to take 12v dc from a power adapter because I want to power it with wired connection , what is the voltage range it can take aside from the 18650 batteries ? There is no info on the package or instructions about the wired voltage information so I wrote here .
Otherwise it is a pretty good device and Does everything it says on the box , note it only takes 2.4 g wifi if your router uses automatic band selection you have to manually disable this and use the two seperate wifi frequencies and choose and set it up with the 2.4 . And after you do any settings etc you have to close app then open again and it’s done .
Took a while to figure it out but it works good . Each time you use it you work out what else it can do . Looking forward to feature upgrades .Show lessShoe box
Poor app
I am searching for an alternative to this for my Floureon Doorbell. This doesn’t really do the job. My app doesn’t record any more onto the sd card.
Can anyone out there make this app work again? It is so frustrating and I can’t find an alternative for my Floureon bell.Kevalino
